Empowered to Live™ was founded on a simple truth: aging should be met with the same intention and care we give to any other chapter of life. We believe that where someone lives matters deeply to how they feel — and that emotional, social, and cognitive well-being belong at the center of senior care, not as afterthoughts.
Our boutique residential model — serving just six to eight residents — ensures that every person is truly known, every family is genuinely welcomed, and every day is shaped around the individual, not a schedule.
Natasha Paris St. Amand, M.Ed., LPC
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Natasha is a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 25 years of experience in behavioral health, clinical supervision, and healthcare leadership.
She holds a B.S. in Psychology from Baruch College and an M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology from Temple University and Doctoral Candidate who will soon graduate with a PhD in Psychology with a concentration in Behavioral Health Leadership.
Throughout her career she has led multidisciplinary clinical teams, developed behavioral health programs, and championed access to quality mental health services.
Empowered to Live™ is the convergence of her professional expertise and her personal belief that every older adult deserves to thrive — not just be cared for.
